New Blog Design - What Do You Think?

As you can all see, I've once again redesigned my blog. This is the third or fourth time I've done it and I am sorry to say I didn't get screen shots of the first two designs but what do you think of the new look?

If you like the new design, do you think it would be better if the sidebar background was a shade of gray rather than the same black as the main posts background?
